Welcome to MenuAR.
By subscribing to or using MenuAR’s services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Billing Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Overview of the Service
MenuAR is a subscription-based platform that enables restaurants and food businesses to display augmented reality (AR) 3D menu items accessible through web browsers (no app required).
MenuAR provides:
Access to the MenuAR platform (subscription)
Optional 3D AR dish model generation as a one-time setup service per dish
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
2.1 Subscription Access
Your MenuAR subscription grants you access to the MenuAR platform and features based on the plan you select (Starter, Standard, Growth, or Pro).
Each plan includes a maximum number of active AR dishes allowed at any given time. You may replace dishes at any time, as long as you stay within your plan’s limit.
2.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on either:
Monthly, or
Annual (discounted compared to monthly)
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
3. One-Time 3D Model Generation Fees
3.1 What the 3D Model Fee Covers
3D AR dish model generation is a one-time setup fee per dish and is not included in your subscription.
This fee covers:
Custom 3D modeling
AR optimization
Preparation for use inside the MenuAR platform
3.2 Ownership & Usage
Once created, your 3D dish models:
Remain usable inside MenuAR
Can be reused as long as your subscription is active
May be deactivated if your subscription is canceled
4. Refund Policy (Plain English)
We believe in transparency. Please read this carefully.
4.1 Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started
You may cancel anytime to avoid future charges
Canceling does not retroactively refund the current billing period
4.2 3D Model Generation Refunds
3D model generation fees are non-refundable
This is because custom work begins immediately after purchase
Once work has started, costs cannot be recovered
4.3 Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in cases of:
Duplicate charges
Proven technical billing errors
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Plan Limits & Fair Use
Each subscription plan has a defined maximum number of active AR dishes.
You agree not to:
Exceed your plan’s dish limit
Attempt to bypass platform limitations
Misuse or resell MenuAR services without permission
MenuAR reserves the right to request a plan upgrade if usage consistently exceeds the selected plan.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.
After cancellation:
Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period
No future charges will occur
Access to the platform may be limited after expiration
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
To protect both parties:
We clearly display pricing, billing terms, and non-refundable items before checkout
By completing payment, you acknowledge understanding of these terms
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting MenuAR support may result in:
Account suspension
Termination of service
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any concerns.
8. Limitation of Liability
MenuAR is provided “as is” and “as available”.
MenuAR shall not be liable for:
Loss of revenue or business
Indirect or consequential damages
Misuse of the platform by customers or end-users
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to MenuAR in the most recent billing period.
9. Modifications to the Service or Terms
MenuAR may update:

Pricing
These Terms & Policies
Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
